The rule: The fund closed at least 20% below its highest close of the last year. The funds are the US-listed ETFs with a page (services/etf_catalogue), read from their own closes. A close is the fund's price, not its net asset value. Read from the funds' daily closes, closes up to 2026-11-06: 954 of the 990 funds in this rule's range could be measured. The other 36 funds are left out by name rather than counted as a match or a miss (35 under a year of closes held; 1 no closes held between 2026-03-19 and 2026-06-30).
