The terms

What starting costs you, in plain words
30 days of Professional, freeNo card at sign-up. When the 30 days end, nothing is charged unless you chose a plan. From then on the account keeps the plan it pays for, Curious if none, and your work is kept either way.
30-day money-back guarantee on your first paymentIf it has not become the tool your investing runs on, ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund what you paid in those 30 days, in full. No questions, once per account. Renewals are not covered. Write to hello@valuescreener.ai. A person refunds it by hand to the original payment method, normally within five business days. A refund ends the subscription at once and keeps your work. Complimentary access is not covered.
Renews until you cancelA plan you choose renews automatically until you cancel, charging your card from the day you subscribe or your free days end. No minimum term.
Moving up a planIn Settings, at once. The difference for the rest of the period you have paid for is charged then, prorated, and shown to you before you confirm. Monthly to yearly works the same way. During the free days a change costs nothing and moves no date.
Moving down a planIn Settings, from the end of the period you have paid for. Until then you keep the plan you have, nothing is refunded for the rest of that period, and you can undo the change. Yearly to monthly works the same way.
Cancel in one clickIn Settings, with one optional question. Access runs to the end of the period you paid for, and everything you made is kept.
Your work is keptA trial ending, a move down, a cancellation or a refund deletes nothing: theses, guardrails, notes, valuations, watchlists and portfolios stay, and the parts above your plan open again on a plan that includes them. Watchlists and portfolios download as CSV on every plan, Curious included.
The 60-day alerting commitment, on ProfessionalIn your first 60 days paid: if a guardrail on one of your theses breaks, our data shows it, and we do not alert you within one day of that data being in place, your last two months are refunded. Not where the data never arrived, arrived late, was restated or was missing.
A later list price does not reach youYour subscription renews at the price you started it at. Any change to your own price is emailed at least 30 days ahead and never touches a period you paid for.

The binding text is the Terms of service.

Questions

Which plan is for me?

Start with the trial: every step, free, for 30 days. Then keep the plan for the steps you used: finding is Curious, researching a company and running a portfolio are Serious, written theses re-tested nightly are Professional.

What happens when the free days end?

No card at sign-up. When the 30 days end, nothing is charged unless you chose a plan. Without one, the account becomes Curious: nothing is deleted, and the steps above it lock until you choose one.

Is this advice?

No. ValueScreener is a research tool and the judgment stays yours: a value you compute is arithmetic on assumptions you enter, a score is a percentile rank against the covered universe, and a figure read from a filing opens into it. Nothing here recommends buying or selling. Read the disclaimer.

Once a week, what changed in the filings of US-listed companies, why it can matter to a thesis, and what deserves a closer review. Grounded in filings, not market noise.
