Partner Agreement
In force from October 13, 2026. Version 2026-10-13. Your account records the version you accepted.
The terms a partner accepts to join the Partner Programme. It is a business agreement between us and you, and nothing in it is investment advice.
1Who this is between
This agreement is between Oliva Real Estate Technologies LLC, a limited liability company formed in Delaware, United States, trading as ValueScreener ("we"), and the person or company that accepts it ("you"). It takes effect when you accept it.
You tell your audience about the product; we give your audience an offer and pay you a share of what the customers you refer pay us. Neither of us is the other's agent, employee or partner in law. You decide what you publish and we decide what we publish.
2Joining
You join by accepting this agreement while signed in to your account. In accepting it you confirm that you are neither a broker nor a company whose securities we cover; if you are one, write to us instead.
When you accept, your partner code and link are created, and we record the version of this agreement you accepted and when. Joining does not change your own plan.
3Your link
Your link is /p/<code>, and any page of the site with ?via=<code> works the same way. A reader who opens it is credited to you for 60 days through a first-party cookie, and the credit is bound to their account when they register, or at checkout if it was not bound before. A later link from another partner replaces yours in that cookie.
A reader who arrives with an invitation from one of our customers is credited to that customer, not to you. A code that is unknown, switched off or ended credits nobody. Your own account is never credited to your own code.
4What your audience gets
30 days of Professional with no card, then 20% off their first 12 months of payments, on a monthly or an annual plan. A reader who has paid us before gets no discount.
We may change the offer with notice to you. A reader who has already signed up through you keeps the trial they were given and any discount already on their subscription, including after the partnership ends; a reader who has not yet subscribed is offered the discount in force when they do.
5What you earn
You earn 30% of what each customer you refer actually pays us, net of tax, refunds, chargebacks and their discount, on payments collected for 24 months from that customer's first payment, while the partnership is active. A referral counts once it is a paid subscription; nothing is earned for impressions, clicks, visits, sign-ups or trials.
Commission arises only from money we have collected, once the refund window on the payment has closed, 31 days after we collect it. On an annual plan it accrues in 12 equal monthly parts. A refund or a chargeback before we pay you reduces the commission on the payment it reverses; a dispute we win restores it.
Commission is counted in US dollars. A customer billed in another currency is left out of the automatic count and logged, so that we can settle it with you by hand.
No commission is paid to a broker or to a company whose securities we cover, whatever else this agreement says.
6How you are paid
We pay commission in cash only, by US bank transfer (ACH), and record each payout in your view. There is no account credit, and the readers you bring earn you no customer referral credit. Customer referral credit already on its way for a friend you invited before you joined is kept. A partner outside the United States needs a US bank account to be paid.
Your first payout is held until 3 months after the first payment that earns you commission, so that refunds have time to arrive. Before any payout we need a W-9, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E from you, and we report payments as the law requires.
If a customer is refunded after we have paid you, we deduct that commission from your next payouts. If your payouts do not cover it within 3 months, the amount is owed by you and you repay it to us. We never take it from your account automatically.
7Flat fees
We may also pay a flat fee for a sponsorship, such as a sponsored issue or a read, whatever it brings.
A flat fee is owed only under a separate written agreement that our founder has approved in writing before any payment, and it is never paid until that approval is recorded. A flat fee is not commission and does not change what you earn on referrals. The tax form and the payment method above apply to it as to any payout.
8Your figures
You have a private view, signed in or by a signed link we give you. It is updated once a day, as of the start of the day in UTC, and shows the times your link was opened, the accounts and paid subscriptions it brought, the commission earned, pending, held and reversed, and the payouts made.
It shows counts and amounts only. We never give you a reader's name, address or account, and our privacy policy governs what we hold about them.
9Disclosure
Each time you publish anything that carries your link or code, you tell your audience, clearly and in the same medium, that you are paid if they subscribe. In writing it goes beside the link, not behind a "more" link, a footnote or a block of hashtags, and the link is marked rel="sponsored". Spoken, you say it aloud; on video, you say it and show it. For example:
"I earn a commission if you subscribe to ValueScreener through this link. ValueScreener is a research tool and nothing here is investment advice."
You say only things about the product that are true and that you have checked yourself, and you make no promise about investment results and no claim about any security. We may ask you to correct or take down anything that breaks this clause, and you do so promptly.
10What you may not do
You may not do any of the following, and no commission is owed on a customer brought by them:
- Referring yourself, your own accounts, or anyone acting for you.
- Bidding on ValueScreener's name, or a variant of it, in search advertising.
- Posting your link or code on coupon, voucher or deal sites.
- Offering anyone a reward, payment or gift for signing up through your link.
- Sending your link in bulk unsolicited email or messages.
- Placing your link beside a recommendation to buy or sell a named security.
- Carrying your link in content paid for by a company we cover, or by its underwriter or dealer, to present its securities.
- Suggesting that ValueScreener endorses a security, or wrote something it did not.
11Names and material
Each of us may use the other's name and logo to describe this partnership and for nothing else, and either may ask the other to stop. You may use the figures, cards and embeds of the partner kit we make available, with attribution and unaltered; nothing else of ours may be redistributed.
12Ending
Either of us may end this agreement by notice in writing. We may end it at once if you break the disclosure clause or the clause on what you may not do.
When it ends, your code stops crediting new accounts and no commission arises on payments collected after the end, including the monthly parts of an annual plan that fall after it. Commission earned before the end and not forfeited stays payable on the same schedule.
13Changes to these terms
We may change these terms on 30 days' notice in writing. Commission you have already earned is never reduced by a change. If you do not accept a change, you may end the agreement during the notice period and still be paid what you have earned.
14The ordinary clauses
We give no warranty beyond what the law requires, and our total liability to you is limited to the commission payable in the 12 months before the claim. Neither of us is liable for the other's indirect losses. You are responsible for your own taxes. Neither of us may assign this agreement without the other's consent, except to a buyer of the whole business. This is the whole agreement between us on its subject.
The law of the State of Delaware governs this agreement.
