Partner Programme

For writers, educators and communities whose readers pick their own stocks. Your readers get a discount on ValueScreener, and you are paid a share of what they pay us.

The terms below are the whole of it. The Partner Agreement states them in full, version 2026-10-13.

What your audience gets

  • 30 days of Professional with no card.
  • Then 20% off their first 12 months of payments, on a monthly or an annual plan. A reader who has paid us before gets no discount.

What you earn

  • 30% of what each customer you refer actually pays us, net of tax, refunds, chargebacks and their discount, for 24 months from their first payment, while the partnership is active.
  • A referral counts once it is a paid subscription. Nothing is earned for a visit, a sign-up or a trial.
  • Commission comes only from money we have collected, once the refund window on the payment has closed: 31 days after we collect it.
  • An annual plan earns its commission in 12 equal monthly parts.
  • Your first payout is held until 3 months after the first payment that earns you commission.

How you are paid

  • In cash only, by US bank transfer (ACH). No account credit, and no customer referral credit for the readers you bring. Customer referral credit already on its way for a friend you invited before you joined is kept.
  • We need a W-9, W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E from you before any payout.
  • A refund after we have paid you is deducted from your next payouts. If they do not cover it within 3 months, you repay it.
  • No commission is paid to a broker or to a company we cover.
  • A flat fee is owed only under a separate written agreement that our founder has approved in writing before any payment, and it is never paid until that approval is recorded. A flat fee is not commission and does not change what you earn on referrals.

Your side

  • Disclose, in the same medium and beside the link, that you are paid: "I earn a commission if you subscribe to ValueScreener through this link." Mark written links rel="sponsored".
  • Referring yourself, your own accounts, or anyone acting for you.
  • Bidding on ValueScreener's name, or a variant of it, in search advertising.
  • Posting your link or code on coupon, voucher or deal sites.
  • Offering anyone a reward, payment or gift for signing up through your link.
  • Sending your link in bulk unsolicited email or messages.
  • Placing your link beside a recommendation to buy or sell a named security.
  • Carrying your link in content paid for by a company we cover, or by its underwriter or dealer, to present its securities.
  • Suggesting that ValueScreener endorses a security, or wrote something it did not.

Changes and ending

  • We give 30 days' notice of any change to these terms. Commission you have earned is never reduced, and you may leave during the notice.
  • When a partnership ends, payments collected after the end earn nothing; what you earned before stays payable.
  • Delaware law governs the agreement.

Join

Accept the agreement while signed in and your code and link are created at once. Your figures are then in your partner view, updated each day. The partner kit holds ten embeds, every figure cited to its filing or marked as market data.

Once a week, what changed in the filings of US-listed companies, why it can matter to a thesis, and what deserves a closer review. Grounded in filings, not market noise.
